Stepchange is not paying my creditors!?!?

Hello everyone
I have just entered into a DMP with stepchange, paying £86 per month, I have three non-priority debts (officially NP, quite important to me!!) totalling around 1500 and my debt free date is April 2016.
I know this may not seem like a huge amount of debt but I made some bad financial decisions last year and just want the debt cleared.
My question is....my first payment went out on the 1st of this month as it still doesn't seem any money has been paid to my creditors! I emailed stepchange to ask them to remove one debt that I payed off before my DMP started officially but the website says they are holding something and waiting for creditor info but they already agreed to remove the fourth creditor!! I wonder if this has happened to anyone else?? Very confused and I don't have much access to the phone to call them! Thank you

http://moneyaware.co.uk/2012/02/8-questions-every-dmp-client-asks/8. Why haven’t StepChange Debt Charity paid my creditors?
We distribute money to all creditors on the 25th of each month and you pay us on the 1st or 10th (although there can be slight changes in December). Depending on when your payment date to creditors is, it may look like some payments are late. This is not the case so don’t worry; all StepChange Debt Charity payments are made to all creditors on the 25th of every month.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
