Don't seem to be getting post anymore

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but since we have had new tenants move into the property below ours we don't seem to be getting any post, either that or the mail it taking a lot longer to be delivered nowadays!
Namely a certificate I was expecting is still not here, when I have confirmation it was posted on the 6th, also a replacement nectar card I ordered about 2 weeks ago still isn't here (but I don't know the lead time on them)
Is there anything I can do?

Can't comment on your post, but Nectar cards do take ages. Mine did anyway.0

I'd pay a visit to your local sorting office and explain the problem.0

In recent weeks I have had post for other people in the next street, a new bank card was delivered to my neighbour and I get double the junk mail as a neighbour has a no junk mail sign up. Postie has to get rid of it somehow. If everyone had no junk mail signs up the posties would have a dilemma.
The posties seem to change all the time as well and when I have spoken to them they are fed up. Every other day they are given junk mail to deliver and this means (if they do the job properly) that they have to visit every house. And they now have to cover more roads meaning they finish later. I think they now work 6am to 3pm, with them spending a few hours sorting before they start deliveries. The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.0 -
Reality is that nobody likes you and have stopped writing to you.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0

haha the problem is I am being written to and it's not getting to me - I'm waiting for a certificate so I can obtain membership for a professional body, this has been sent and has not arrived.
I'm not so concerned that my junk mail has decreased dramatically!0 -
As suggested send yourself something. If you are suspicious (which I think you are) maybe send another that needs to be signed for and see what happens. Of course talk to the delivery office too.0

To add that extra tempt .... I'd add a loyalty card that you can pick up from most stores, more temptation for it to be nicked or opened. You may click thanks if you found my advice useful0

What are the actual delivery arrangements?0

Oh I'm not suspicious of our neighbours, I have no reason to be, they're lovely, and sign for orders for us, It's just a timing thing, since they moved in, we get less post. - the previous tenants don't have forwarding on their post, so that's not why. What are the actual delivery arrangements?
We share a communal hall way and the post gets put through that door and either of us will sort it and leave the other's on the table.0
