Got debt, is it possible to remortgage?

I am paying a ridiculous amount on my mortgage but I have debt and often live in my overdraft.
My house is worth £150,000 and I owe £65,000 - I haven't missed any payments but my current lender (Bank of Scotland) is saying I can't change. I'm paying £491 a month.
I appreciate on paper it doesn't look terribly good but I always pay everything on time. I want to reduce the payments I just wondered if there is anything I can do or am I stuck?
