Experis is a large recruitment company, probably one of the largest in the world. It's one of several owned by Manpower Group, but as each specialises in a different are of recruitment, they are branded differently. They aren't hiding anything, Manpower Group is plastered all over the Experis website.0

Exactly this, they normally deal with IT and Customer care call centres, pay on time and had many IT contracts with them, totally legit and unlikely to go bustExperis is a large recruitment company, probably one of the largest in the world. It's very common for companies to use different branding for different markets, especially if they have grown by acquisition and want to keep the old brands and their "loyal customers".
For example Direct Line, Churchill, Privilege, NIG and Prudential (general insurance) are all part of the same group but were taken over at different times. Bentley is owned by VW but they don't seem to make a big thing about it, whereas they did with Skoda and SEAT.0
