Looking for work, 10 years off

I've not worked for 10 years, wasn't well and then had my little girl. She's started school and I want to get back to work. I don't get any benefits, apart from child benefit. I was thinking of maybe supermarket work as my previous work was graphic design which I would be way far behind in now and don't want a stressful job again. I'm just really looking for advice as it was so long ago.

Another option is doing graphic design on sites where you can bid for work like people per hour - there are other similar sites. That might depend on your portfolio. Do a job search with your postcode on Indeed which brings up local jobs and jobs advertised by the job centre. You can put retail into the search box or "part time" to see what it brings up. I find it is good to just look in general as you may get other ideas of what you want to do from a general search.0

If you'd consider supermarkets then you might also want to think about places like DIY superstores such as Homebase and B&Q, my sister prefers B&Q to her previous work at the Co-op.0
