Hi All
Please could I have some advice ?
I had a letter from a debt agency called RED , and they obtained a debt of £68 from T-Mobile , that they say I owe from 2002 , for breaking a 12 month contract ANYWAY I paid it as im sure I was probably guilty , I paid it in APRIL and I must have phoned 7 times to chase up the letter saying that the account is cleared and settled , and they just keep fobbing me off , saying first few times , "it takes two weeks " now its just "we'll chase the admin dept"
I cant speak to admin ,and they wont fax or email the info....
These people are so rude and unhelpful , and the biggest worry for me is that they wont have told the credit reference agencies like they said they would...
Please , can somebody give me some advice ?
Thanks in advance
Dan
