    It isn't.

    As I posted earlier, it just says 'a rebate calculated under a formula set out in regulations made under the Consumer Credit Act 1974'

    Nobody on here can answer that question. It is up to the lender how they work it out. Ask the lender, or ask your broker to be more specific.
    All seems a bit late though if you have already been accepted.
