Book Recommendations?

I did a quick search for this but came up blank.
Does anyone have any recommendations on good books to read about becoming debt free? I'm not really looking for "how to"s, there's lots of brilliant info here already! I'm more interested in reading about people who have successfully broken free of debt, or who have inspiring stories in general. I know there are lots of those on here too!

Not inspiring as such and definitely not a success story ,but 'Borrow: The American Way of Debt" by Louis Hyman is a good read if you are interested in the broader picture, it makes you never want to borrow a penny ever again, it is about the US but is relevant to UK readers.ISA £1675

Does 'Chat' magazine detailing various celebs path to debt freedom count? It's normally going bankrupt but maybe I'm just being skeptical

I think it's compulsory to go bankrupt if you have ever been an actor in a soap or in a boy band, then comes the appearance on Strictly or I'm a celebrity etc.Monkeyballs wrote: »Does 'Chat' magazine detailing various celebs path to debt freedom count?
