  • I thought all P11d's had to be submitted to HMRC (and given to employee) by 6 July

    I thought there was an automatic £100 penalty for employers that fail to meet this deadline (per 50 employees or part thereof affected, per month or part of month delayed)

    Could also be an additional penalty if the delay has resulted in unpaid tax otherwise due (probably 30% as probably considered just careless)
