Has anyone else got problems with there new website?
I wanted to redeem but when I click on the redeem button it goes to a server error page which says:
500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.
So how do we redeem and get our vouchers?
I have emailed them but no response yet.
Why cant these Companies just leave there websites alone?
It was working perfectly on the old site
By the way I have an Acer Chrome Book and I am using Google Chrome

Using Safari, have just had a look at Pinecone's 'Redeem' section, and it looks OK. Have no points to redeem, therefore couldn't take it further.
There is a 'Security' warning on their Home page currently, and this is probably causing problems.
It might be worth trying after weekend.

I use Firefox and have just tried - works ok for me.
Perhaps try another browser and see if that helps?

I am using Google Chrome
It should work with that surely??0 -
Yes it should but as they are in the process of updating/changing the site - I suspect it's a temporary glitch. The message you get does suggest it's an error at their end.
As I see it you have two choices - wait for them to respond to your email or, if you do not wish to wait, try a different browser as others don't seem to be affected.
