I'm waiting for my DBS certificate. Online tracking says it was dispatched on 10 October but 8 days later I am still waiting. Can't start my job until I get it.
Is anyone else waiting for their DBS certificate from the postie?
Anyone had one lately? Was there any delay with posting?

I had to get one recently. The form was sent off around the 22nd of August. According to the HR lady it was dispatched on the 16th of September and I got it on the 17th.'til the end of the line0

DBS refuse to send another one until 14 days. They say they have a 'service level agreement' with the post office of 14 days. The post Office contract manager must have been laughing when the idiots agreed to that!

They're probably only paying peanuts for a mailsort type contract0
