The Prize Draw

• This prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18+ years or over except employees, directors or officers of Le Creuset [the Promoter], Alastair Sawday’s, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the draw.
• Only one entry per person.
• Enter this prize draw by completing the prize draw entry page on www.lecreuset.co.uk Entries submitted by automated competition entry mechanisms are not eligible and will be deleted.
• The prize draw will run from Thursday 16th October 2014 and will close at 11.59pm (UK time) on Thursday 30th October 2014. One winner of the prize will be drawn at random by 7th November 2014 and notified by e-mail within 24 hours. If contact cannot be made within 14 days of the draw date, the prize will be forfeited and a further random draw will be made.
• The winners may be required to take part in publicity resulting from this prize draw.
• By entering into this prize draw, you agree to allow Le Creuset to store, process and deal with your details in order to administer the prize draw and to notify the winners.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with one of an equivalent or greater value.
• This prize draw and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute with a UK resident arising out of or in connection with this prize draw.
• Entry into this prize draw is taken as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The Prizes
1st Prize:

• Prize draw is to win a 3 night stay at Finca La Ramallosa, for 2 people, on a bed and breakfast basis. The prize includes an evening meal for 2 people on one of the nights. The stay must be taken by 28th October 2015. If the winner has already made a booking at Finca La Ramallosa, the prize can be claimed against this booking.
• The stay is on a B&B basis. Travel to and from the prize destination is not included. The stay is subject to availability and must be booked no later than 25th August 2015. If the holiday is not booked by this point the prize will be withdrawn. Once confirmed, booking dates are final.
• The prize is non-transferable and subject to availability. No cash alternative can be offered.
• It is the responsibility of the winner to purchase travel insurance and to ensure they and their guest have a valid passport and meet with Spanish Border Service agency requirements.
• The prize winner and their travelling companion are responsible for any and all costs, expenses and taxes not expressly described herein.
