There are a lot of different sorts of agencies related to different industries. So it depends what field you're looking into really as to how helpful they might be.
Most have a online presence as well so you shouldn't need to physically go to one in the first instance either. Just upload your cv to lots of different agencies both general ones like reed or monster or some more specialist depending on your career.
You might get a lot of calls which turn out to be nothing but if you don't apply you won't know.
It isn't really the agencies place to help with any mental health issues either to be honest. They are just helping employers find people for interviews. Depending on how much your problems impact you it might be worth looking into access to work to see if they can provide any support depending on your needs.[STRIKE]Original Mortgage 07/07 £160000 LTV 100% [/STRIKE]Remortgaged 10/13 £118000 LTV 84%
