My click to the site has been tracked, but my purchase hasn't

It can take a while before it shows up. If not you can put in a missing cashback claim and it takes about 2 minutes to fill it out. Seeing as it's tracked it'll come up that you've clicked on merchant.
I had trouble with cath kidston cashback and when i filled out a form it already had the date and time i clicked through so it was easy for them to track

Received the email yesterday, ordered last night and tracked within 10 minutes. I get so many emails, I usually delete without really reading most, so glad I read this one! :j0

It can take a while before it shows up. If not you can put in a missing cashback claim and it takes about 2 minutes to fill it out. Seeing as it's tracked it'll come up that you've clicked on merchant.
