Hi folks, I finished 3 jobs in July and have only been paid for the first one-the other two are still outstanding. I have emailed accounts and got no response, telephoned the business and was put through to accounts to listen to a pre-recorded message suggesting I email them.
I was told initially that payment would be sent 30 days upon receipt of invoice. This was 9 weeks ago and still no joy. I've given up the thought of seeking further business with this outfit and want to proceed with getting my wages. I am self employed. Do I use an agency and can I add their fees to the bill outstanding or use the small claims court. I have nothing in writing except my invoices and emails asking for payment.:(
