where to buy chicken and beef stock cube powder in a tub?

Options
I buy Marigold Veg Bouillon as I live on my own. Plus I have recipe books with add 50mm of stock. It's not very mse to waste a cube.

Cannot find a beef or chicken stock granules.

Or should I just buy Knorrs Touch of Taste and add a few drops to the veg bouillon?

Just use half a cube or whatever the recipe states and wrap the remainder up and pop in the fridge until you need it again.

I put my half cubes in a airtight container in the fridge and I have used them a month later and I am still here, in fact Approved foods sometimes sell stock cubes that are out of date so they must be safe.

  • Make up a quantity of stock and freeze as ice cubes, taking out as required for recipe.

Have you checked your local Asian/south east Asian supermarkets? We get granulated chicken & beef bouillon from there

saw some chicken stock granules in asda today:
Knorr chicken granules (reduced salt) £1.98 apparently also sold by tesco and sainsburys.
You could maybe use bovril instead of oxo cubes for beef?
