Help needed to get my wifes wages

My wife started working for the lazer clinic @blue water kent . she worked on a sunday giving out leaflets and sometimes answering there phone. She is owed 20.5 hr @ £7.00hr . My wife was given a number to text her hours and bank details . My should have received payment on 28th September . We have tried to contact a lady named Sam who is responsible for transferring wages to your bank and although she sometimes replies to text messages she does not answer her mobile ! We have contacted there sister shop in Leeds but they too confirmed to only having this Sam as a contact ! I would like anybody to help me find out who actually owns this company and could anyone please advise us on what we should do to get my wifes wages ! Thank you .

When you start a new job mid-month, it is sometimes the case that you will miss the payroll run for that month, and so not be paid until the end of the following month. Is it possible that there is in fact nothing wrong (I appreciate that people not answering their phones is unprofessional!) and that the owed money will be paid in the October pay packet?
