One voucher per household and per customer 2. New customers only
3. Cleans must be weekly or fortnightly
4. 2 hours notice required before first visit
5. You must provide a vacuum, mop & bucket
6. You can provide other cleaning products or we can provide for £2.50 per visit
7. No deep cleans or commercial cleans
8. Housekeep reserve the right to cancel the booking if the home is excessively dirty
9. £5 charge applied for cancellations within 72 hours
10. If the customer needs to cancel or pause the cleaning service at any time they must contact Housekeep directly
