Hi
I have recently found a new build house and paid my site booking fee. The house is £140,000 which I hope to purchase through shared ownership - 50/50.
I therefore will require a mortgage for £70,000 and have a 10% deposit. I do however have a few missed payments on my credit file showing up as 123456. These missed payments were in relation to a £4.50 postage charge from a fashion company which I was didn't know needed to be paid separately. Once realised this was obviously paid immediately. I have never had any other payment issues and have no credit card debt or other debts to my name at present.
Will missed payments of £4.50 affect my application for mortgage or should I be ok taking everything else into consideration?
