we are currently in the process of buying a new house, ours is also under offer, we only have the mortgage in principle which the solicitors have a copy of but we are not sure when we would need to apply for the full mortage as ive been told the mortgage lenders would need to do a property valuation aswell?
Thanks
Thanks

Apply for your mortgage when the chain is complete and your buyer has made some progress on your sale - perhaps when the valuation has been done on your property.I am a mortgage broker. Thanks. We have had the property evaluation already on our house so maybe it's time to do the full mortgage application asap then.0

I would not spend money until you know others are putting their hands in their pockets to progress their purchases.
Ask your EA if the chain is fully formed and progressing.I am a mortgage broker. You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
