It's fine to leave...but negotiate there is no need to take a pay cut with the number of calls you're getting you should be able to negotiate an increase. Good luck.

If you want to go for one of the other jobs, go for it. If you're getting that many offers then you must be a very desirable candidate and should be able to find something that suits you better. There's no need to feel disloyal to the company if you leave; do you think they would feel guilty if they had to let you go?

I'm an employer and it's a fact of life, that sometimes people want to leave for whatever reason.

If you do get another job, be as honest as possible as to why you are leaving and do the handover to the new person as well as you can.

    good luck whatever you do.

Would you like further promotion where you are, or is the multi-tasking etc. already too much? If your current employer goes bust, will there be a decent redundancy payment and will your current colleagues be competition for you in the jobs market? Sounds like you don't fully enjoy where you are, so it might be better to get out now rather than when competing with redundant colleagues? Definitely don't take a pay cut though - if your journey would be longer, factor in increased fares/fuel on top of the £1k you say you'd lose on their current offers.

I've always felt guilty on the rare occasion that I have let someone go, and that includes the ones who really weren't very good.

    Some employers have hearts!:)

Sadly loyalty is a thing of the past. Employers will dump staff without a second thought if the need or desire arises. The only loyalty you have is to protect your own interests, because if you don't do it nobody else will.
Terrible to have to say it but it's the reality of today's world. :(
