well, so far I haven't had to speak to the director - tuesday I said many times to him 'its really not funny, go to the toilet and do it' and 'you are the supervisor - you are meant to be setting an example' and he has finally taken the hint that no-one is impressed with his musical bum!
thanks all for you replies and advice.
TBH the first couple of times he did it, it did make me giggle but at the same time I told him it wasnt nice but its the same when a little kid does something they shouldnt but at the same time its funny - if you laugh they think its ok to do again and again!!!!0
