Too Many Reward Sites?

Hi All,

It seems that this section has been overtaken by various reward sites and I do wonder if they're all really worthwhile>

I've just turned to a platinum member of Gift Hulk and I also do some surveys on Valued Opinions and although at times it can be quite time consuming the returns are very very modest.

Are these sites really worthwhile especially for those of us in full time employment with minimal spare time?

I agree. I use top cash back but gave up on swag bucks, valued opinions etc, too time consuming.

VO is incredibly frustrating when they decide about 10 minutes through a survey that you don't actually meet their criteria. I hope the data collected by that point isn't passed on, but I don't believe for a second it isn't.

Also some of the surveys are the most brain numbing things ever, and I just couldn't deal with it anymore. Kinda got dragged back into it the other day for one or two surveys as my friend had been accepted for a £20 survey. Not sure what she had to do, but hope it works out for her.

Even with Gifthulk, it's not easy to get to 5000 and for it only to be worth $5 makes you wonder why you bothered?
  • I signed up to swagbucks last year and it took me around a year to get my first fiver which was mostly from codes and the daily poll. Whilst it wasn't very time consuming, I thought it was a bit pointless for just a fiver a year so I was going to knock it on the head once I redeemed.

However, I explored it a bit more with Noso and the videos and decided to carry on and also signed up to gift hunter club, gift hulk and rewarding ways.

What I find with Gift Hulk is the best way to pick up points quickly is when you can play a video over and over which occasionally happens, but then the videos pay as little as 3 coins which is only 0.3 cents, so yes when you finally reach 5000 and its just $5 you do question whether its worth it.

As a rule I always make sure I'm doing something else when using these sites so it doesn't feel like I waste too much time on them.

Only you can decide that. Some people think they are and others think they aren't.

It's not the amount of time you work, or the amount of spare time you have that counts. It's how much you need/want the extra money and what you would be doing with your spare time if you weren't on these sites.

I would bet that many people sit and click away while watching the TV, so to them it is not a hardship.
