manager bonus scheme

I saw a job advertised for 45k plus bonus. It is advertised as a senior manager position. What is the market average for a bonus? Eg 10% of salary, 20% of salary etc.

Which market/ industry are you talking about? I doubt an average is going to be much help to you.

I would expect the bonus to be based on a combination of personal performance and company performance. There is no way to give an average figure.

Most bonus scheme's I have seen (non sales) are between 5 and 12%, think quite a few do upto 8% (ie about a months wages) depending on personal and company performance

Depends entirely on the business and the job. In Finance it can still be 200% of salary, on other jobs perhaps only a few percent.
