Evening all! Just popping by to ask a quick question as hubby and I are out for a celebratory meal for his promotion, I tried to use my Bespoke offers M&S e-gift card on the weekend and they said it was showing no value! Do I need to do anything to make it work? I remember other people having similar issues previously but I can't find any link to show what I should do.

Sorry to quote myself, just hoping someone has some advice as I don't want to be £10 down if I can help it. Pretty please with sugar on top :A

    :)

Tibbie cat outside has now got a new shelter - a rabbit hutch :)

With a posh furry bed inside, which cost me £20 :o but it is so fluffy :D , plus carpet & underlay & polythene water proofing

I believe they should just "work" but then I had a queue of staff in A trying to sort it when I had the paper vouchers for them as they couldn't get them to work. It seemed like a right faff but they got there in the end.

    Evening,

have just won a £10 GC in Ristorante competition:j

Trying to decide which store to select...
Does anyone know if T's GCs they send are the usual T's GCs please? So they can be used online or on non-grocery items?...

Also wondering about this: "For anyone that wins and wishes to redeem at the following stores Nisa, Farmfoods, Costcutter, Spar, a cheque will be sent out to the value of the prize won."
    Tia:)

I would just select Farm Foods or one of those then, assuming you have a bank account to deposit it in. Much easier (though if you shop in T it is easy enough to use :)).

I got one from Groupon and they had another website you had to go on to activate it. Your Bespoke one might be the same.

Have you tried their customer service people?

    Have you activated it?

From memory don't you have to go into your bespoke account and activate the account rather than just print out the voucher?
