Well they have until tomorrow to reply and if they don't, I'll ring them. It's not on really, it's been going on for ages now.
On my actual account, on the yellow box on the left it says this.....

' on you collected enough Match & More points for a £30 voucher. You get your vouchers at the till when you use your Match & More Card'

On what? I presume there should be a date in there? I don't know because as I've never had any vouchers it's never been any different?

I know there's bound to be glitches with a new system but I think I've been patient enough!

DH's is exactly the same, I entirely agree, it isn't good enough. I would be taking part far more in their offers if I could access my vouchers :(

    Edit: or his vouchers ;)

This happened to me over the weekend. I updated Friday night and didn't realise it needed to restore till I was a work on Saturday with no laptop:mad:. Annoyingly I'd got passwords saved that I've had to reset because I couldn't remember them

At least you know it is not just you, that's exactly what mine was saying.
I was getting paranoid that it was just me.

Making a huge effort to get back into msl etc.

Just input about a fivers worth from wombles.....mainly actimels and activias into MSL. Thought I'd just sit back and see if I get that back before investing any more time. I remember the fuss there was when it was first launched over photos not being clear etc.

If it works I will buy peas:rotfl:
