Only match points are capped. More points are seperate. They're capped at 20 of any one item ( according to T&C )

Evening all! Just popping by to ask a quick question as hubby and I are out for a celebratory meal for his promotion, I tried to use my Bespoke offers M&S e-gift card on the weekend and they said it was showing no value! Do I need to do anything to make it work? I remember other people having similar issues previously but I can't find any link to show what I should do.

Arrrrr thanks thats so kind. I do seem to have come up against alot of closed minds!!!!! Dont understand that. My way of thinking is this, ok I dont need comfort or wine right now but what delights will it be after the 2nd of November when alot of the offers change? I intend to be ready for the next mega deal, meanwhile I guess I have bored you all enough x

Thank you, I wouldn't have said closed minds, just Elite trying to get their heads around how it works and the best way to maximise the savings.

Once we have all worked it out and some of the offers become even more lucrative than they are now (like your Ariel Pods) we will be on it and you will be complaining there is no stock to be seen as we are like locusts !

Who else was it that was waiting on their £5 vouchers printing from Morries......I've forgotten :o
Im sitting on over £30 now and still nothing. They're all in my account, just not printing vouchers. I had a conversation with a supervisor today who told me 'some stores' are having problems and mine was one of them.
Just at that, the customer at the till we were stood at had a £5 voucher spit out  so obviously the problem isn't a store one. She was very flippant and told me not to worry, Id get them and that I had a nice amount 'saved up' I told her I didn't want to 'save them up'......I wanted to spend them

I've emailed them now. There's no point in posting on their FB as its being totally spammed by people over that poppy appeal thing.
