Ta for this, explains a lot.

When I put my wine through SS on Sunday the ss lad who authorised it took the screen 2 pages forward so my 3Ms card would not scan. So he came back and took it back to the pay page - then the card scanned but it was a good reminder to check your receipt before you leave the store to make sure everything is correct.

I went via the contact page this morning about my petrol points from Sunday not going straight on.
I think if I don't get a reply or if nothing happens by the end of the week I will take the rec into CS.

I think we just have to be cautious until things settle.

Evening luvlies, just a couple of things on the M&M points. I applied online a couple of weeks ago for our cards. Both DH and I have accounts so not using temporary cards. For interest I have one of DHs key fobs on my key ring and my own card in my purse which means I don't need to be with DH to pop points on to his account and vice versa.

We have both done a couple of Hardys shops and I have also done a Comfort shop, we are both well in excess of 15,000 points and yet neither of us had had a £5 voucher pop out. I rang their customer services and the lad I spoke to said they have been inundated with people asking the same question and gave me the number of Morries HO. HO said they are aware of the problem and looking into it and not to worry as no points will be lost. HTH others who are wondering why they are not getting their vouchers yet.

Another point to make, this evening when we were doing a Hardys shop, the sa took DH's keyring to swipe and handed it back but I didn't hear it 'ding'. Checked the receipt after payment and no points went on. Straight to cust services who were unable to add the points manually as they can only add up to 5,000 points in one transaction. I suggesteted they refund him and put it through again, this time making sure the key fob is actually scanned. I watched the till and it flashed up 'Card Accepted'. All was well and the points appeared at the end of the receipt. Just so you are all aware, the card/ fob needs to be swiped properly :)

This is short dated - BBE Oct 14 in my local sada, also doing the Plain flour. They are both 56p :)

    ASDA Microporous Tape - 2.5cm x 7m 81p

This should be non-comparable vs M, as M's is much smaller size - 2.5cm x 5m (at 55p). What d'ya want me to do? Should I put this in the Avs M side with 81p and 55p but with a note saying should be N/A? Should I also put M's product on the 'buy in M' part of the list with 55p price as substantively cheaper? Or just put the M product there, and no A product on the list, as M substantively cheaper? Or should I leave both of them off altogether? Decisions, decisions...:rotfl::rotfl:

This is not a new price in M. This has been 55p for a while - but just trying some way, somehow, to get down A's price of 81p given that that is much more than what it used to be (60p at the end of last year according to msm).

    Presumably T Microporous Tape 2.5cm x 5m 58p vs 55p M or S:rotfl:.
