sunshine, what reason did they give for freezing your account?

I just looked at mine and there is a yearly limit of £1900 odd I did not know about. although I can lift it. also is your account verified by being linked to your bank account.

Do you have a landline? If yes, make sure you link it as that can generally be used for address verification. Likely also have to verify Payment card - add one of your permanent ones (debit or credit) and verify that. For anyone who has not verified their details, you will have to so worth doing now or at some point you may be asked to verify.

I thought she (I!) had verified Mrs Anon's account but apparently not :o.

Bless her, be kind to her.

Your points are interesting, as I had taken off my debit card as I had got confused which ones was 3v and which one was my debit card…. I cannot do anything with it until I have send some id in, but subject to me getting an attachment from an e-mail to upload… it should be good. I have to admit it has been really simple to do (coming from me… that is saying something!)

I even managed to get OH to get a CC today…. miracle! He now has 600 points!:D:D:D

FC, that match wouldn't have done much to help keep your eyes open!
I so hope that Jenks can win it now, he really does deserve it.

Decided since it was such a horrible night it might be a good time to go on the whoopsie trail.
Did quite well, turkey steaks for 86p down from £5.74, and a fair bit of fruit and veg :j Was worth a trip in the wind and rain!

It just said I could not enter/remove any card and when I clicked around the site, it would not let me do anything other then go to the resolution part. I had put 8 x £25 through, when it froze. I will get it resolved tomorrow and input the other 3v that I purchased. I will ask the £1900 limit to be lifted…. by heck goldsmiths have some nice things!! :D

I wish… I bet they don't do this to get a piece of jewellery!

But then again, I probably would get shot by one of the cartel!
