My arm was sore this morning from my flu jab yesterday. So smacking it right on that spot as I walked into a door frame was not a good idea! It bruised by the time I got downstairs

GAH! there a programme called swap my council house on ITV just now  Im no cook but I will never buy frozen mince _pale_. These people's lives would be so much improved by being taught decent shopping habits

I cleared out mum n dads freezer this week. Chucked a whole bin bag of REALLY expired stuff away.

There were lots of Aberdeen angus frozen mince in there. One was good until December so I made a cottage pie.

It was HORRIBLE to cook with. Turned to mush as soon as it defrosted.

    Bleurgh.

At least fresh mince keeps its chunky form.
