Evening all.:D
RL been really busy, so just been having the odd lurk:o
Had a lovely trip out with VT today, coffee in Starbucks, a visit to the Body shop to pick up 'birthday' stuff, a quick whizz round the pound shop, then into A. I did a glitchy H&S/JF oil shop, and another vs Sainsbos. VT did a vs T shop.
We spotted the Flash erasers at £1, and checked them on msm, came up at £1.98, so decided to do a c&c for me and a hd for her. Only problem being that the store we were in delivers to her, not to me, and doesn't do c&c for groceries. I phoned my store to ask if they are reduced and they are:) I did a c&c cos I'm near there tomorrow when I have a hospital appt:(
My friends from France arrived last Monday for a few days, complete with their large dog, much to my three cats disgust:rotfl: The dog shot in the door, and my living room was a scene of chaos, with cats flying in all directions. They retired to the utility room, and gave me baleful looks when I went out to calm them down.
Hope you are all well. I'm very out of touch, and have been reading backwards to try to catch up a bit. If I've missed any birthdays, anniversaries, or traumas, I'm sorry. Will try to do better.:o
I was hunting on the computer for something, and when I opened up another browser I found some old bookmarked mse threads about T's old dtd voucher scheme back in 2011. I've put a link below for anyone who wants to reminisce about the good old days of 'robbing' T;):rotfl:, and as a bit of info for any newbies who would like to see what the 'old timers' used to get up to:D

Point being dad had same dr for over 50 years and with same practice today.
You no doubt have a valid point about sale of practice but it still trades as the same place today so somehow the major partners changed.
I thought I was giving spring dreams an insight into how things use to be done. It was a fantastic bit of family history I learnt at the weekend.

I think it's lovely of you to give such a polite answer to this V. To someone who only ever posts here to make pedantic points. If they read back, forward or anything else......they'd have seen the bigger point you were making and realised that making such a point Isnt really what you need right now0 -
Finally - this one isn't with any 'extra' (More) points btw - the obvious immediate Mvs A item of course is Savers (fresh) Sausage Rolls (8 per pack - 480g) £1.19 vs £1.00 (or, indeed Mvs Aldi on this one). T is much lower weighted so don't try vs there.
However I've been very reluctant ever to buy any sausage rolls ever since we had those Tiger rolls some while ago. After that, the price on the S/P and the Aldi Sausage rolls packs seems well expensive!0 -

It looks like quite a few items for potential Mvs A (with extra points, but do check the T&Cs very carefully). I'll try and tidy up the last Mvs A post to put more of the items I've posted since on there, and move some (or maybe all) of what was on the previous Mvs A onto the new one.
First, I'm just putting the final 'new' items, I think, onto Avs M (back on posts 229 & 230, on page 6 if you are signed in and have 40 posts per page setting).0 -
