Lean Mince Steak 250g £2.25 with 20p in "More" points = £2.05:eek:
Or
Lean Mince Steak 500g at straight £1.99 (+2 for £3.50) with no points
Which one do you think?:think::rotfl:
EDIT: One 500g version possibly vs Aldi at £1.75, therefore 24 "Match" points. Although, I wouldn't even bother in the first place as instead get the A equivalent and 10% cheaper than Morries' mbuy price.
One 500g version in M is cheaper in its own right than one 250g, and should (if spending £15 or more:eek:) give you more Match points if shopped in the right way and vs the right competitor (i.e. Aldi) than the number of More points the 250g would give. More Match points on 500g than More points on 250g but of course the Match points (potentially, if it compares vs Aldi) which are more than the More points are unadvertised on the shelf and does not indicate how to buy them in order to obtain the 24 Match points. None of this suggests this is deliberate, simply just the fact that Aldi happens to have 500g Lean Beef Mince on 'offer' (whether good or no) at £1.75:eek:.
Anyway, buying two in M would be cheaper than £1.99 and 24 (Match) points that you can't spend until you have round £5. And, so, ... as M would be cheaper, it's better buying in Mr A with the APG!0 -
