I am not convinced by your opinion or the stats. Many people are sitting on property that they would have been forced to sell in a HIRE. When things come to a head, there will be panic selling IMO.0 -

The stats are skewed by the London bubble, there are different ways of compiling which can be argued about, and we can only really discuss sold prices. Volumes are low. I am just posting about my real world experience.0 -
