If this is not a wind-up...
Your ESA is enough to live on, so stop being melodramatic. It may not be enough to live a great life on, but it's enough for food and warmth, so you are not going to freeze.
As everyone else has said, the solution is now to sell your properties, so get them up for sale. You may feel a bit sad that you've not thought ahead, and funded works on one before selling it, but that can't be fixed now.0 -
If i had medical issues, was struggling for money and owned outright three properties, i wouldnt need to ask for advice on a forum.
The answer is blindingly obvious to me and to others who have replied. Sell the houses. What i don't understand is why the OP didn't just do this ?
I can't get my head round what other advice they expected to get by asking this question.0 -
Owner of Real Estate Company instructs decision on the effective use of the object for the duration of the agency agreement, in order to obtain optimum benefit from its use. Property management is the professional organization of the rental of premises, custody, and management of renegotiating leases. Providing additional services to tenants and the organization of preventive maintenance is also amongst their important tasks. The management company provides regular reports on the activities of the operating of the property owner.
This is an English only forum Mr Spammer lol0 -
Why would anyone think it a good idea to hang on to two properties that they could not let out, due to their poor state of repair. The answer is so obvious that I am amazed that the question was asked. It is obvious that the auction route is the correct one.I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.0 -
This thread has really wound me up.
Would you people be so obnoxious to someone with a spinal injury, who is alone and is asking for help face to face?
Common decency would hope that you wouldn't. So maybe reconsider being such a big tough keyboard warrior rushing to judgement to impress others on this forum.
The OP isn't asking for anyones view of how they ended up in this situation, or a critique of their decision making up to this point. They have explained the situation they are currently in and asked for help in relation to that. If you have nothing to offer to that end, why would you feel the need to offer harsh, uncompassionate vitriol?
This is becoming an all to common tone on this forum.
To the OP - From my point of view, looking to borrow in some shape or form against one of the properties is clearly the best and quickest option for you. Start with your own bank and go from there?0 -
Google Bridgefast. As far as I recall they do bringing loans up to 50% of the value at 5 or 6% a year but they have to sell the home under their service which from memory is about 2.25% all in. It may be worth a call to see if this is something that can help you0
