Contact your local FE College who may offer distance learning with the added benefit of local support.0

The problem I found when I was interested in doing an A-level through distance learning is that, somewhere in the small print, will be a paragraph to say it's up to you to find a college that will allow you to sit the exam(s) with them. As you won't be one of their students they may well not agree and even if they did, they could charge you for the privilege. I realised that all I'd be paying for was material that I could probably buy myself, as proper textbooks, for far cheaper.0

Totally agree with ^^^. Colleges don't like external candidates taking exams in their centres as it can affect their success rates. A candidate taking an exam only is a higher risk as the college doesn't know any previous history or even if the candidate has done any prep work or revision.0
