maintenance

Hi, my husband was ordered to pay me £900 per month maintenance to enable me to pay the mortgage. He did not pay me and we have lost the house. He has since declared himself bankrupt and took me to court for a variation of the order. The judge said that he could not make an order as he is bankrupt. We own a public house half each but he runs a business through this. He refuses to pay me rent for my half of the building saying my rent goes towards my half of the mortgage. I have looked up how much it would cost to rent a hotel that size and it is roughly £3000 a month when the mortgage is only £1400 and in the winter he has been paying just £450. He only payed £8500 off of the mortgage last year. I work full time and have the children living with me but am struggling for money and cannot afford legal advice as the judge advised me. He also told me to speak to the receivers about my concerns but I am unsure what to say or what to do next?
