Reclaiming from Skills Train

Hi, I know this has been covered in the past but I cannot find any recent threads...My partner signed up for a web design course with Skills Train around 4 or 5 years ago but the finance agreement was in my own name. We didn't pay for a while due to the course being nonsense and the 'debt' was signed over to Cabot finance. Can we still reclaim as the course was mis sold as has already been proven in the past? We are still paying this off but my partner has not been contacted regarding the course for more than 3 years now.
