1. One entry per person, per day.
2. There is no cash alterntative.
3. There is a maximum travel allowance of £50 for two adults
4. Prizes: Stay in 4* hotel is based on two people sharing a room and is subject to availability at hotel confirmed by Promoter. Mad Hatters Afternoon Tea at The Sanderson is valid for two adults up to the value of £96. Dinner is valid for two adults up to the value of £80. Theatre tickets are subject to availability.
5. All elements of the prize are subject to availability.
6. Prize must be redemmed by 30th June 2015 and prize excludes Christmas holiday, Easter, Valentines and Mother Day.

I saw the same as you last time, however I checked it today and surprise to see the entry form is back now, I success to entered as got the message:

Also the T&Cs show: The promotion runs from 00.01 on 1st October 2014 to 23.59 on 31st October 2014 (“Promotion Period”).
