Cant see a light at the end of the tunnel

I currently earn £20300 pa and i have 4 defaults against my name, all are settled but still on my file, there due to be cleared off by July 2015.

On my current earnings and with £7000 in savings by july i dont think il get a mortgage high enough to afford to buy a house.

Ive just used an online calculator from my bank and its looking at £56000

I dont particularly want to rent for the rest of my life but i dont know any way i can afford to buy

Any advice would be appreciated

When did you enter the DMP?

How much did you want to borrow?

I think it was 2008-9 for the DMP

I was looking around the £100000 mark

I think you might be looking for a little too much.
I reckon closer to £80-90k should be achievable plus your deposit on top. Its worth speaking to a broker.
