Before I start I want you to know I think you are smashing! You are light and fluffy on this board and I think you spread much need sunshine. BUT... some folk, at some point in there lives are driven to complete (as we see it) lunacy. So much anger/disappointment that we (me and others - certainly not implying you) are driven to irrational, desperate measures. Where this need to destroy all that is good/fun/friendly surfaces and it needs an outlet.


Believe me, I am irritated beyond belief about all this 'spam' posted everywhere, but behind it is a person. An angry, disappointed human being. The way I see it is, again I'm cool with being called a sad sack (whatever) that person could one day be me. I hope it never is but we are human (weird!) and we never know what will tip the balance.

Well yeah, I too thought that was daft but I sincerely hopes he/she gets a name change and redirects all this anger into making it something good.

Lovely posts Rae - kind and compassionate towards someone who is obviously not in the best place right now.

At least if we keep bumping your thread to the top of CCC it will make others aware of this - this person's vitriol is really the last thing anyone should have to read and I hope they scroll on and get back to the fun things on the forum - there are too many posts to report (although I have done so) and eventually I am sure they will get bored of it and go and find something more productive to do with their time

How did this person manage to post so many times using so many different usernames? Have profiles been compromised?

The ironic thing is, most of us would never have even seen the original post by browntoa? but now we have all been alerted to a very angry, unprofessional company.

All this spam is doing is likely drawing even more attention to Browntoad's original post with allegations about poor kitchens (etc).

Sharing the concern at the number of IDs in play but kudos all those in MSE Towers acting on spam tags & all those tagging spam that others may freely enjoy the site!

Looking at the posts, it would appear that the spammer is just making up new usernames to post the same message over and over, till that one is banned, then making up anohter. I had been worried that accounts may have been comprimised, but it doesn't look like that it the case.

I do think this person needs to take a break and calm down, their blood pressure must be sky high. This has been going on or a long time now. They are doing more harm than good to their business, not to mention their own health.

Well done to the mods - you've got your work cut out today, but you're doing a great job.
