How to mention possible redundancy on your cv?

At my current job they are getting rid of my job role in december. The only way I can stay is if I apply for a different job in the company but only if there is a vacancy available, if not il be made redundant. How do I explain this on my cv as I need to apply for jobs but don't want them to think I've only been in this job for 6 months and can't handle the hard work or something? Thanks

You can put reason for leaving in the details for the role on your CV or in the cover letter if it was your last role.

:p Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S) :p Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money. :p
