Calender Printers???

A group of friends have had their pictures taken in preparation of having a calender printed. They have already sent off the pics to one website to get a sample made, but the website seems not to have responded (at least two weeks no contact, and unavailable on the phone/email).
Does anyone have a recommendation for a company or contact that prints calenders. Online is fine.
