Herb Planter £7.98 at B&Q - misprice?

I've just been into B&Q this evening, and they had a herb planter similar to this (but shorter and fatter):
It was stuffed full of herbs and priced at £19.99 plus 25% off. But it went through the till at only £7.98!! Bargain!

Thanks for that- managed to get one but got it reduced to £5 as some of the plants were going brown and one had died. Still a bargain as they will grow back
