Why have you been underperforming?0
-
I think there is a minimum time between verbal, first written and final warnings. I assume the HR department has stuck to the rules. What help have you been given by the company to improve your performance?0

Well if you know you have been under performing is it not your own responsibility to correct matters.
If you do a job that you are not qualified for or have the ability to do well, I think the only alternative is to look for another job before you get the push.
I also believe that your employer can sack you at any time if you have not been in the job for more than 2 years. You need to check this out for yourself as I am not 100% sure of this fact.
Good luck0
