How do I contact CEO of Asda?

I have a complaint which is going nowhere with ASDA home shopping. Any ideas on the email ddress for the top man?

Perhaps, but a higher up "minion" than those on CS .....:o

Still end up with the original lower minion, just means a higher minion sends it Down to the lower minion ; ) do you honestly think that a CEO or anyone in any type of management actually gets to read the crap which the poor people send in !!

I have had cause to contact Virgin previously and I did get a personal response from the chap one step down from the CEO, so, yes, in my experience sometimes it does work.:D
