Tesco Delivery Saver 50% off plus clubcard points

Options
I don't know if I'm posting this in the correct place but I signed up to Tesco Delivery Saver and in the post today received some vouchers to hand out to friends to get them 50% off a delivery saver for new customers only, in addition to this for each friend (up to 4) who signs up to this deal I receive 2000 clubcard points, which I believe is £20 in clubcard vouchers (more if you boost them). Now at the time of writing Tesco have an offer for delivery saver as it is, meaning you can get 12 months midweek plan for £30, deduct the 50% voucher and that's £15 to pay. I receive £20 in vouchers for this! So, theoretically, if I haven't got any friends who want to use the delivery saver, I can instead (with their permission of course) pay for them to join delivery saver (they don't have to place any orders, just sign up to the plan) and I earn £5 just for filling in some forms? Anyone know if there is a catch I haven't seen yet? I have searched the small print but couldn't find anything.

I don't know if there is a flaw in your cunning plan but note "Tesco reserve the right to vary or terminate the operation of any eCoupon at any time without notice."

There is something else that you may wish to take into consideration. Unless there is some special rule for this offer, Tesco Delivery Saver Guarantee states "We guarantee that your Delivery Saver Membership will cost you less than you would otherwise pay for the delivery of the Qualifying Orders that you make during your Membership." So if few / cheap deliveries are taken the members may get back some of the £15/£30 cost in the form of eVouchers to spend on later orders.

N.B. Unless one cancels before a year is up, the memberships will auto-renew for another year at whatever is the full price at that time.
