Photographer 3 months late on photos - help!

We got married in July and it's now been just over 3 months and we still haven't received our photographs (we were told it would take 2 months max). There have been a number of emails between the photographer and I and she keeps giving excuses; she's busy, she hurt her arm and can't work etc. It's now got to the point…

Did you receive actual prints or are you looking at electronic proofs. I'm a wedding photographer and would always explain that the proof photos are not of the same quality as the finished product.Having a talk with the photographer may resolve some issues for you
