Hi guys.

I was just enquiring if anyone who was in the know of the following question,

I work away a lot and was fortunate enough to save a bit of money this year, with the money from my first limited company (my offshore company) i opened another company (small retail shop) using savings from the first company.

Now my question is using the money from the first LTD company too start a second LTD company will i have to pay tax on the money iv used to invest and start the retail shop or iv heard such a thing as "business to business loan" if you are the director of both companies.

I just wondered if anyone had information on this type of thing.

Thanks.
