Prepaid Tickets Didn't Print!

Hi all
Really hoping someone can help as haven't had much joy with Customer Services yet. I purchased advance tickets with Hull Trains for this weekend, but when I went to collect from the station ticket machine it only printed the outbound journey, there was nothing for the return tickets. Can anybody out there advise on the best course of action to get this resolved? Can't get anybody on the phone, am I better sorting this at the station?

This does happen from time to time, Just speak to the booking clerk and give him the card you use to buy the tickets and he be able to print out the remaining ones.0
