Apologies for the delay in posting - I wasn't going anywhere in that horrid weather we had yesterday so had to wait for the hubby to come home last night from work with it. By the time he got home, I was asleep (oops!)

when i goto the screen and answer the spoecial offers and press submit i sometimes get a long pause and nothing happening screen hasnt frozen just seems to be sending the info but not getting a response back anyone help
